Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 48 continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Custom signs are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your order has a defect.

Limitation of Liability

Direct Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
